Special Services
Baptisms are incorporated into our worship services because this sacrament involves a public confession of belief in Jesus Christ. Candidates for baptism at Fort Valley United Methodist Church may choose from any of the three modes of Baptism used in the New Testament Church: Sprinkling, Pouring or Immersion.
Weddings and Funerals are also opportunities for the Church to praise and worship God.
Special Services and observations such as revivals, Scout Sunday, homecomings, community worship services, and National Day of Prayer are part of our Church's life.
